Yes, on the non-cash track: the same title, certificate and recommendation, with no commission and no free plan, so nothing of value depends on your work. Check with your international office if you're unsure.
On a Semester Pass, 15% of what a classmate pays before tax: $22.50 a pass. On a plan, 30% of their first three months and 15% in months four to twelve. All on the partner terms.
There are no fixed hours. Most of it is talking about the Exchange where you already talk: class chats, clubs, your own posts.
