TwinTalk Business

Every language in one room.

Meet with up to 7 people. Everyone speaks, writes and reads in their own language, and leaves with the same agreement.

Your guests join free — no account, nothing to install.

A business meeting with four people. Li Wei writes a price in Chinese, and Sofia, Jun-ho and you each read it in Spanish, Korean and English, with every number checked.

  • 7people in one meeting, each in their own language
  • 73languages to read and write in
  • 32languages captioned live as people speak
  • Freefor every guest — no account, no download

The problem

The most expensive barrier in global business is the one nobody budgets for.

Language decides who can do business with whom, and most cross-border meetings simply make do. The cost never shows up as a line item. It shows up as a deal that stalled, a wrong quantity on a purchase order, or a partner who quietly stopped calling.

  • Everyone struggles through in English

The person with the weakest English sets the pace. Suppliers say “yes” to things they didn’t fully understand, and the best people on the other side stay silent.

  • A translation app on a second phone

Every sentence is typed, pasted, read aloud and translated back. A 20-minute conversation takes an hour, and nobody builds rapport through a phone held up to a camera.

  • An interpreter at $75–$150 an hour

For one language pair, booked days ahead. A meeting with three languages needs two of them, so most small companies never book one.

What goes wrong, again and again

  1. 1

    Numbers get lost

“$3.20” becomes “32”. In trade, a wrong price or quantity is worse than no translation at all.

  2. 2

    Terms get muddled

MOQ, FOB, lead time, a product’s own name. Generic translation treats them as ordinary words.

  3. 3

    Decisions drift

Without shared minutes in each person’s language, two sides leave one meeting with two different agreements.

  4. 4

    Relationships stay shallow

People trust who they can talk to. When every exchange is effortful, partners share less and switch more easily.

  5. 5

Good partners stay out of reach

Companies limit themselves to suppliers, customers and hires who speak their language, and leave better options on the table.

TwinTalk Business is built to remove all five.

How it works

One tap to open. One link to join. Nothing to learn.

What each person sees, from opening the meeting to reading the recap.

Features

The whole meeting, in every language.

Every part of the meeting follows one rule: each person gets it in their own language.

Live captions in your language

What each person says appears under the video in the language you read, while they are still speaking. Tap any line for the original. Speech is captioned in 32 languages.

Translated chat

Prices, links, addresses and specs are easier to write than to say. Every message reaches every reader in their language a moment after it’s sent, with the original one tap away.

The number guard

Every price, quantity, unit and code must survive the translation unchanged. If one could change, the reader sees your original instead.

How the guard works

Business glossary

Keep product names untouched, render your trade terms the way you want, and keep out the wording you never want used.

Your trade terms, rendered the same way every time.

  • MOQ简体中文 最小起订量한국어 최소 주문 수량Español pedido mínimo

Recap in every language

The summary, the decisions, action items with owners and dates, the numbers agreed and the open questions — in each person’s language.

Screen sharing

Walk through a spec sheet, a price list or a sample photo while faces float alongside and the captions keep running.

And everything a real meeting needs

  • Guests join free

A link, a name, a language. No account, no download, no cost.

  • A waiting room

A link alone isn’t a key. The host or anyone inside lets people in; partners from earlier meetings walk straight in.

  • Switch languages any time

Change your reading language mid-meeting. Earlier chat catches up in the new one.

  • Pins

Pin a price or an address for yourself, or the agreed terms for everyone.

  • The meeting clock

Time elapsed and time left, at the top. It turns gold for the last ten minutes, with a notice five minutes before the end.

  • Host controls

Anyone can leave. Only the host ends the meeting for everyone.

  • Try it

Type a sentence on your Business page and see how your glossary shapes the translation, before any meeting.

  • Meeting defaults

Your reading language, whether captions start on, and who waits to be let in — set once.

  • Contacts

Your partners with their company and the language they read. Invite them with a note in their own language.

  • Transcript and chat history

The full translated chat and spoken transcript stay with the meeting.

  • Export

Download any meeting’s recap, chat and transcript as a document.

  • Transcript retention

Keep transcripts 30, 90 or 365 days, or for good. Older ones are deleted automatically.

  • Calendar invites

Book ahead and send invites that land in everyone’s calendar, with the link in place.

  • Your Business page

Every meeting, past and upcoming, with its recap and searchable — plus your glossary, contacts, defaults and the hours used.

The number guard

Your numbers stay your numbers.

Every number, price, currency amount, unit and code in the original must come through the translation unchanged, in any script. A translation that would change one is never shown as if it were right.

  • The original is never hidden

Every caption and every message opens to exactly what was said or written, in the speaker’s own language.

  • Verified, not assumed

If a translation would lose or change a figure, the reader sees the original and a note to check it.

  • Protected names stay protected

Product names and codes on your Keep as is list are checked the same way.

Example

JKJun-ho Kim writes in 한국어

5,000개면 단가는 3.20달러, XR-200 기준이에요.

At 5,000 pieces the unit price is 32, for the XR-200.

Check names and numbers against the original

Who it’s for

For every team whose important conversations cross a language line.

The first market is cross-border trade between small and mid-sized companies: the buyers, sellers and agents who meet suppliers and partners in another language every week.

A typical meeting
A US seller, a sourcing agent and a factory sales rep in China agree price, MOQ and lead time.
What TwinTalk Business changes
Price and quantity are protected, the factory’s terms come through in the seller’s words, and everyone gets the same recap.

The host holds the plan

A founder, a sourcing or purchasing manager, an account executive, a team lead: the person who feels the pain in every meeting and can decide without a procurement process.

Everyone they invite joins free

Suppliers, clients, candidates and partners join from a link. Every meeting introduces TwinTalk to the people on the other side.

Why TwinTalk

Others translate the captions. TwinTalk translates the whole meeting.

Speech, chat, terms and minutes, for every person — and it protects the numbers. Built for the people doing cross-border deals, and for the guest on the other side, who shouldn’t have to buy anything.

  1. 1

The whole meeting, not just captions

Speech, chat, shared terms and the recap all arrive in each person’s language.

  2. 2

    Numbers you can trust

A translation that would change a figure is never shown as if it were right.

  3. 3

    Your company’s vocabulary

The glossary makes every translation use your product names and your terms, for every person in every meeting.

  4. 4

    A guest who pays nothing

The host’s plan covers the room. The person on the other side is never asked for a license.

CostOne plan for the host$75–$150 an hour per language pair$5–$10 a month per organizer license, on top of the platformFree, and costs you in errors

Market figures from TwinTalk’s market research, checked 2026-10-01: certified interpreters $75–$150+ an hour; Microsoft Teams Premium $10 per organizer per month; Zoom’s translated-captions add-on $5 per license per month.

What it saves

About $45 an hour — for every language in the room.

An interpreter costs $75–$150 an hour for one language pair. On the Business plan, 10 hours of meetings cost $449 a month; the same 10 hours with interpreters for a three-language meeting would cost $1,500–$3,000.

Your month of meetings

You keep up to $2,551 a month

Interpreters at $75–$150 an hour per language pair (market research, 2026-10-01). TwinTalk: the Business plan billed monthly, 10 meeting-hours included.

What it saves

  • Interpreter and agency fees

Most teams replace them entirely for routine supplier, client and partner calls, and keep interpreters for legal hearings and ceremonies.

  • Time

No typing into a translation app, no repeating, no reading back. A meeting takes as long as the conversation, not three times as long.

  • Errors

Prices, quantities and model numbers are protected in every line. One avoided wrong order can pay for years of the plan.

  • Travel

Conversations that used to need a flight and a local fixer can happen on video, with everyone understanding everything.

  • The follow-up

No one writes minutes from memory or translates them afterwards. The recap is ready in every language when the meeting ends.

What it makes possible

  • Work with the best partner

Choose suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and hires on quality and price — anywhere — not on who speaks your language.

  • Let the experts speak

The engineer, the factory manager or the designer joins and talks in their own language.

  • Faster deals

Questions get answered in the meeting, in full, instead of over a week of emails.

  • Deeper relationships

Partners who can speak freely share more, commit more and stay longer.

  • One shared record

Every side holds the same decisions and numbers, in its own language, so disputes start from the facts.

  • Growth into new markets

Opening a new country no longer starts with hiring a speaker of its language.

Why meeting-hours

The plan is sold in hours, not meetings, because hours are what a team actually uses. A one-hour supplier call and a two-hour negotiation are counted fairly, and a meeting can never run past the hours you have left.

An interpreter costs $75–$150 an hour for one language. TwinTalk Business is about $45 an hour for every language in the room, and your guests join free.

Prices in US dollars.

Languages

73 languages, each by its own name.

Chat, captions and the recap work in all 73. Live captions of speech cover 32 of them today; in the other 41, people read and write everything in their own language, and their speech is added as each language becomes available.

Built for the scripts global trade runs on

TwinTalk was built Korean-first, so Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu, Thai and Hindi are designed in from the start: right-to-left layouts, the right typefaces, and names shown in their own script.

Trust and control

Nobody has to take a translation on faith.

Every safeguard below is in the product today.

  • Accuracy you can check

    • The original is never hidden, for any caption or message.
    • Numbers are verified, not assumed. A wrong figure is never presented as right.
    • Names on your Keep as is list are checked the same way.
    • Always translate as gives the same rendering every time, for every reader.
    • Avoid entries are checked in each translation and replaced.

    • Partners from your earlier meetings can be let straight in.
    • Seven people, no more, and everyone can see everyone.
    • Anyone can leave; only the host ends the meeting for everyone.
  • Your business information stays yours

    • Guests never see your glossary, your product list or your notes.
    • Glossary notes are never sent for translation. They exist only for your team.
    • Meeting history is visible only to the people who were in the meeting.
    • You choose how long transcripts are kept — 30, 90 or 365 days, or for good — and older ones are deleted automatically.
  • Predictable cost

    • The host’s plan is the only bill. Guests are never charged or asked for a plan.
    • Your Business page shows the hours used and left this month.
    • Every meeting shows its own clock, and none can run past your remaining hours.
