The pass runs 15 weeks from the day you buy it and never renews by itself. It isn't refunded: if your class gets seats later, your pass keeps covering you and the seat stays free for a classmate.

Yes. You're matched near your level, captions show every line in both languages, and topic cards and Play mode games carry the quiet moments. Many partners are patient beginners' partners by choice.
A six-digit code to your school email address. We keep only a scrambled form of the address and which school it belongs to, never the address itself, and ask again once a year.
Your evening is their morning. The matcher only pairs you with someone awake at your hours, so most pairs meet on US evenings, Korean mornings.
It puts you in your class: a seat if your class has them, a partner from the class's sister school when there is one, and your professor's name ready if you choose to send your report.
Not unless you choose to. TwinTalk introduces students only to students. After three days without a student partner you may tick a box to meet other trusted learners too, and turn it off at any time.
Never as a paid requirement. If a professor gives credit for it, there's always a free way to earn it.
